Alley in rough shape

Our neighbor's sewer drain collapsed. It was repaired last week, however, whoever did the work left the end of the alley in horrible shape. I almost got stuck in the mud this morning going to work. Is it at all possible for someone to try to smooth it a bit. It is the alley between 6th and 7th Avenue South, between 43rd St. and 56th Street SOuth (west end of alley).

Thank you for letting us know about this alley area.  The Street Foreman has notified Apple Valley.  They did the sewer repair and are responsible to make any repairs needed to get the alley back in shape.  The Street Foreman will monitor the area to make sure these repairs get done.
