Hello, myself and my roommates are wondering about how to deal with our landlords lack up maintaining our rental. He is refusing to fix our heating in our house which leaves us dealing with the freezing weather and the fact we have a baby in here and relying on the electric devices is jacking up our electric bill. Our heating is gas powered, also our stove is nearly dead and we have told him about that and our fuses in our house keep triggering. We have kept our end of the agreement up by keeping the place clean, property mowed and weeded, and yet everytime we ask him about the things needed to get fix he just keep brushing it off. We live at 2419 6th ave N, great falls montana and our landlord is Jason.

Please we really need help with these things, especially the heating.
