Good day,
The bus stop advertising wall blocks the view when turning left.
I have pictures but was unable to load them.

I’m not sure who to contact at the City.

I spoke with Dakota Advertising, who owns the bus stop. They said they complied with the codes, but unfortunately the design was not vetted, as far as blocking the view.

Thank you for your time.
I would like to know who I may speak to at the City, concerning this safety issue.

The bus stop shelter is just outside the clear vision triangle.  Third Street NW is State right-of-way.  You would need to contact them at 454-5880.  The permit to allow this shelter would have been approved by the MDT and the Planning Department at the Civic Center.
