Fill/Sod Holes in Boulevard

Recent roadwork (installation of new underground water pipes) has left two unfilled holes in the boulevard in front of 1216 & 1218 1st Avenue South. This is a safety hazard and a liability for the city. The holes need to be filled with topsoil and sodded.
