Hello Darla,
The Forestry Department provides natural wood chips free to the public, it is a help yourself/load yourself system. We keep a supply here on our lot at 1700 River Drive N. The gates are usually open M-F 8-2:30 p.m. you just need to check in with the main office before entering the lot.
