Good morning,

I live at 511 3rd Ave SW in Great Falls, and I'm inquiring to see if there are any scheduled street closures coming up in front of my house between August 31st and September 12th. The reason I am asking is that my vehicle is out of commission and parked in front of my house. I do not have a way to move it currently and I am going out of town until the 12th. I have an appointment to get my vehicle towed/fixed on September 12th, but I was planning on just leaving it front of my house until then. There is significant street construction going on near my neighborhood and I anticipate at some point in the near future, our street will also be closed. I guess I just want to find out if I can leave it parked until I return on September 12th. I called and left a voicemail this morning as well, sorry for the multiple requests, I'm just trying to get this figured out before I leave town on August 31st. Thank you very much for your time.

I am told that the construction work is currently on 2nd Ave. S.W.  They should be finishing up that work the end of this week, first part of next week.  You should plan on the construction work starting sometime next week on 3rd Ave. S.W.  Please make arrangements to have your vehicle moved this week.  Otherwise the construction crew would need to have it towed and you would be responsible for those charges.  Hopefully you can work out something with the business working on your vehicle to tow it there sooner.  The Engineer on this project is Russell Brewer 455-8129.
