Hey team!

We had a question about what it takes to request tree trimming services in the boulevard trees.

Our location is 1326 8th Ave North.

We're unsure of exactly which trees in our yard qualify for trimming and how we request it.

There are a number of trees on the lot with dead or dying branches that could cause a concern to property/vehicles especially with the storms we are having.

Hello Levi and Robert,

The part of your property (for trees) that qualifies for the Boulevard District is 22.5 feet from back of the curb (right of way), the boulevard section of your property. If there are trees located within that part of your property they would qualify for tree trimming through the Park and Recreation Department.  I have provided your address to the City Forester to go check for any potential immediate hazards.  Your address will also be placed on the tree trimming request list.  This list is worked on by the crews as schedules allow and on a first come first serve bases.
