Questions regarding Cannabis Businesses. I have been on the site and read the ordinances, what are the zoning restrictions for retail, cultivation, and manufacturing? Does Great Fallas allow for recreational and medical? Is there a license cap in Great Falls? Where can I find the zoning map?

Thank you for your email inquiry regarding marijuana business activities.  Commercial marijuana business activities remain prohibited in the City of Great Falls, but the City Commission is currently taking steps to refer that issue to the voters of the City later this year. Thanks.
