About 12:52 tonight driving east on tenth ave S. past the Plaza Motel im at i observed a dark charcoal grey four door id guess ford sedan traveling north with a blue light on the street in front of his right wheel. He flashed a red in his left grill.
He is not police and may be stopping with intent to kidnapp.
If so he is not alone.
