Hi there,
I have been trying to pay my utility bill the last 48 hours however every time I try to utilize the online portal to pay my bill it says "an unknown error has occurred". In addition, I have tried calling the office several times however I have not gotten a call back. What is the best way to pay my utility bill before the 23rd of June being as though all the portals and phone lines are down or not working?
