Garbage is over flowing, it stinks and is bringing unwanted pest. I have spoken to the appropriate persons and department. The manager of the department he came out last year and stated we did not need a third garbage can. I called again as of last week and nothing is being done and the situation is getting unbearable. We have liwned our house forr 23 years and want a solution. Yesterday there was no pickup and today the garbage truck went down the alley and did not pick.up. we want three garbage cans please and thank you.
