I am abundantly baffled by the fact that you do not offer budget billing for your utility customers. With summer coming on and as dry as it has been, our water bills are going to astronomical. You can see from the dead yards in great falls that people just can't afford $200 for water and yes it gets that high. Please reconsider your policy on budget billing, your customers would really appreciate it.
