Check the Status of Your Ticket

Since you are aware of the cites allowance of access to marijuana through federal provided programs, in accordance with city zoning, but in violation of federal marijuana classification, you are admitting the cities stance federal regulation of marijuana access. You are admitting, the access provided by the 14th amendment, the Disabled Americans Act, and the Older Americans act allows access to marijuana, and the city zoned in accordance as to not be in violation.

All which was contradictory to the stated reason for disregarding the state marijuana law and telling the voting population they had to try again.

So, claiming the federal law allowed you to disregard the Voters of your county and city, was a misunderstanding of law, or lie so fraudulent, that most would consider you unqualified to continue in leadership. It would also make the voters less informed than they were the last vote. Not knowing you are upholding federal law that you don't prescribe in this city.

If the mayor didn't know the cities federal stance on Marijuana access, he fucked up. If he did, he really fucked up and violated the 14th amendment. Either way, he is not in compliance with any standing law the city recognizes.

Your violation of the city's acceptance of federal law on this matter, is a violation of the 14th amendment, insuring equal protections under the law. Right now, you are holding the federal government to a different law then the citizens of your city.

I am demanding you stop immediately. Given the federal law the city upholds with the federal government, in city limits, provides access to marijuana over accountability and city ordinance. That means, if I provided access to the people in this city, I would be upholding accepted federal law more than the city, the current state law not being upheld, and city zoning laws which allows federal access to marijuana.

I am willing to film myself trying and see if the voters want to hold me accountable to this.

If you will not be a check, and uphold our rule of law, or our vote, I will have the voters check for you.

This is me admitting to being willing to break your non laws, to see if the voters agree with the violation of their rights, and the flagrant disregard of their republic.
