Marijuana law
The Older Americans Act (1965)
10) Freedom, independence, and the free exercise of individual initiative in planning and managing their own lives, full participation in the planning and operation of community based services and programs provided for their benefit, and protection against abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
The City of Great Falls are making them require federal assistance, for a right the Nation passed in 1965, the state expanding in 2020, and the city called fraudulent in 2022, and failed to uphold. That is neglect, abuse, and exploitation.
And they are holding up the marijuana classification of 1970 to do so. One that the federal government is openly defying by escorting people to marijuana stores, with the cities understanding and permission.
