I have notified the Great falls city transit, and the Cascade County aging services, that any transportation of people to and from the Marijuana dispensaries, will be a violation of City ordinance, and federal law. They cannot aid and abed the distribution of a class one narcotic, on the Governments dime, supporting local zoned buildings, if the government is going to recognize federal law as standing law, in order to not recognize state law.

If the referendum turns the county red, the voters will have spoken to shut off those services, upholding city ordinance, as per your directive. You might as well do it now, so they know what they are voting fore. You wouldn't want their vote to be called fraudulent after you win.

Right now, you are holding up federal law, to block state law. That means, if the referendum passes, so does federal law. And those services will be a violation of the cites ordinance, and federal law.

They already are according to your rulings on April 19th. You prevented access to marijuana, sighting federal law, and the cities adherence to it.
