I watched the video of the hearing again. You talked a lot about the responsibilities in the law it was your responsibility to take care of, to be in compliance with the law. So, knowing you didn't do any of them, you didn't uphold the law. Then, instead of working to get into compliance, you chose to not uphold the law. Now, we have no law. You didn't recognize state law. You picked an offramp that didn't exist outside of the law. There was no way to pick and choose what parts you wanted to hold up based on your interpretation of the law. Thats now how it works for the voters, that's not how it works for you.

Wolf expressed bias from law enforcement panels. Not a representative population of marijuana. Just one associated with marijuana. No thought of upholding the law as written. Just the parts you wanted. The law doesn’t give you that authority, and neither did my vote.

Your job was to start regulating when the law passed. Not when you decided you had to obey the law, if you had to. If you're asking how long it would take to do your job now, it after the fact.

Your argument was, if federal law disagrees with state law, you were not required to honor either. So, neither are upheld in Great Falls, cool. Do you want to come over to my house and buy weed? Not upholding federal or state law makes Great Falls except from both. If you don’t recognize the law, it can’t be enforced in the city. You proved that by blocking the permit. You violated the law, making it exempt form rule in this community. If You don’t uphold the law for the community, the community will not uphold the law for you. So, I can freely offer you weed, due to having the right to buy it in the city limits, without the ability because the city is violating the law. The city didn’t recognize the law. The voters already decided.

The first line of the law states,
“I-190 legalizes the possession and use of limited amounts of marijuana for adults over the age of 21. I-190 requires the Department of Revenue to license and regulate the cultivation, transportation, and sale of marijuana and marijuana-infused products and to inspect premises where marijuana is cultivated and sold.”
And the legislature interpreted for county, not town. You didn’t have the authority to block the possession and use. You were REQIRED by LAW to insure licensing for my access. That’s what I voted on. We had medical here. I had access here. I voted for more access, here. The law protected it,,,,, HERE! My dad in a nursing home, and everybody in there with him that uses marijuana, voted for access. being loaded into a van, just to buy weed, is dangerous with a broken spine. You denied them their vote. Their access. They had medical access outside of wheelchair range already.

You disregarded them of that vote. Great Falls had access. WE VOTED FOR LICENSES AND REGULATION!!!!!!!!!! SALE. It was the first line! The state interpreted the vote and singed it into law. You violated law. You voided Great Falls authority over the law, because you disregarded the voters rights under the law.
You mentioned federal law, and mentioned the referendum, which is not in federal law. So, meaningless words. You voted to ignore the state law. You lost your right to execute the law. Any referendum will be meaningless, because you didn’t uphold state law. You lost you authority.

I read the difference between the law and what the law spent money on. I didn’t see the difference. I smoke weed and consider it most waist. After many year of government service, i say that with anger. You didn’t talk numbers. Only rhetoric.

It’s your job to make the regulation, under the law. You didn't do your job. You disregarded to vote because you didn’t like the outcome. You didn’t uphold the vote, so you didn’t uphold the law. So, no off ramp in the law for you. You didn’t uphold the law. You lost your authority.
