I called911 tonight because a guy in a PT cruiser was dealing drugs, was high as hell and drinking in his car at 4212 central, and you sent an officer who pulled In then left and I actually went down an talked with this scum pretending to be his friend and he goes "Oh that's Burgess, we go way back, good friends with his brother, he busted me one time for smoking pot but let me off and gave me my pipe back." What is going on in your department?
