Hello, I got a letter in the mail today to sign up for service line warranties of America because according to the letter I am responsible for any exterior water or sewer line disruptions and repairs. While it has the same graphic for City of Great Falls, the address to mail payment is in Pennsylvania. Is the letter legit that I am responsible for all that? Thank you.

Thank you for contacting us.  Yes, the letter you received is from a legitimate vendor.  The City of Great Falls has partnered with Service Line Warranties of America to let citizens of Great Falls know that according to City Code, the service lines from the water and sewer main to the inside of the house are the property owners responsibility.  If you have any additional questions, please contact Laura Lynch, Utility Operations Manager, at 406-727-7660.
