The Kiosks that replaced parking meters are so frustrating! Seriously, you expect people to walk an extra half block, then try to see the screen, and navigate the whole process, and pay for an hour, even if only going into a store for a few minutes. In the winter it's even worse. This is a great way to kill shopping downtown (even more than it already is!) Not everyone files a complaint, but those I talk to are not in favor of the kiosks.
