Trees at dog park

Love all the new trees in the large dog park but why do they plant them in the middle of the open area where the dogs play? When there is a group of dogs running and playing they don't always watch for trees and fire hydrants. Please stop planting them where the dogs play in the open areas. How about planting trees along the fence line?
