Is your event being held in a City-owned facility? If so, you would contact the department you are renting the facility from and ask them to list the event.
If your event isn't in a City-owned facility, I'm sorry, but we don't list events in the City Calendar unless they are City meetings, City-sponsored events, or events being held in a City facility.
