I live at 1617 1st Ave S and recently experienced a sewage back up into my basement. After paying a plumber to come out and clear the line I was shown, with their camera, that there is a break at the city tap to my line. This has allowed an abundance of roots to grow through and cause the blockage. The blockage was at 120'. I have a picture from the camera that shows the break. This needs to be addressed immediately.

The City Utilities Foremen have been in contact with Mr. Sacco.  They are investigating the situation and will be in contact with property owner once they have completed their review.
