My name is Dru Perry, and I am a Criminal Justice student at Minnesota State University Moorhead. I am currently an Intern for the Criminal Justice and Sociology Department. My research project is to compare different kinds of use-of-force, incident reports, or response-to-resistance forms to see if there are significant differences in the ways that departments keep these records.

Is it possible for you to send me a copy of a blank form that your department uses to report use-of-force incidents? I would be grateful for any help.

My adviser on this project is Joel Powell, Coordinator, Professional Peace Officer Education, Minnesota State University Moorhead.
