Hi,

My name is Heather and I work for KDS Networks, an ineternet service provider here in Great Falls, and I have a customer who is trying to access the greatfallsmt.net website, but is unable to, getting a 403 forbidden error. When we have encountered this error in the past, it has been because the site uses a database to block traffic using geolocation if it's incorrectly determined that the IP address is "foreign." The IP address in question is 104.224.62.74 and is not a foreign IP address. Please get back to me with how we can resolve this issue.

The link the customer is trying to access is greatfallsmtDOTnet/boc/board-commission-and-council-training (it is not allowing me to include links in the comment section)

However, the customer also gets the same error trying to access the main website at greatfallsmtDOTnet

The exact error being returned is:
403 Forbidden
Request forbidden by administrative rules.

I am able to access the main site because I am on a different IP block than the customer in question.

Since we get traffic from international sites, and you were able to get to our main site, I'm guessing the user in question is trying to get to one of our sub-domains.  In order to direct your request properly, please indicate which sub-domain the user is trying to access.
