Need to get my back from a person refusing to return it

My ex boyfriend has my phone and is at this refusing to give it back and I need it back for court tomorrow. He told me to figure out a way to come get it I told him I can't come get from him in black Eagle cause one I don't have a car and I'm on quartine at the Cameron Family shelter he said he would drop it off to me on Sunday he never did. I asked him today he told to come get I arranged for a friend of mine to come get it and he is refusing to give it to her.
