To whom it may concern,
October 24th at 7pm my partner and I were driving down 1st Ave North near Howard’s pizza when an Officer driving car #42 attempted to run through a stop sign on the side street (Eighth St N) and nearly collided with us. The officer did not make a complete stop before proceeding to turn onto first and he did not have his emergency lights or headlights on so we were unaware of him coming our direction.
I don’t know who to report this too so if I need to call someone specific please let me know.
