Is there a reason that inmates should be able to make e messages and phone calls from this tablet. Can they order pizza too!

This is phenomenal... jail equates to loss of privileges. Basic human rights are what is to be provided i.e., a bed, shelter, food and water, hygiene. How does a tablet fit in this description.

I am so confused and as a taxpayer ANGRY!
