I lived in Great Falls for 15 years before moving back to Texas, largely to remove myself from the Meth epidemic there.
I look in on what’s happening “back home” occasionally and I read where a group is studying painting a mural on Flag Hill.
I deplore murals. Even the tastefully done ones. The “artists” never return years later when they start peeling and fading. Murals make small towns look GHETTO.
Please curtail any discussions of allowing this type of defacement of public buildings. Instead, have the crew demolish dilapidated sheds, garages etc
