On Saturday August 7th 2021 at 7:49am Patrol Vehicle #64 passed me doing 40 miles per hour on 14th St and 4th Ave S, which is a school zone. The officer then changed lanes in the middle of the intersection of either 5th or 6th Ave S without using his turn signal. The officer's emergency lights were not active. Any of these offenses committed by myself or any other civilian would have resulted in a ticket and an increased fine. It is entirely unacceptable in these times of government abuse of power that a law enforcement officer would hold himself above the law. Any government agents or agency that holds themselves above the law is not worthy of trust or respect. I hope you take this complaint seriously, because I would like to believe that I can trust the Great Falls Police Department to police itself as well as our citizenry. Thank you for your time.
