This man driving this vehicle was obviously on his cell phone when he ran a red light by 15th bridge going at least 50 mph. We were making a left turn and he darn near T Boned us!! Had my husband not slammed his breaks in time, I have no doubt that my 10 yr old daughter and I would be dead in the road right now. This guy needs a ticket or something at the very least! I took a photo of his truck and license plate. MT 2-77922B
