I am emailing from Engie on behalf of our commercial client, US Bank and First National Bank, regarding some possible missing bills for the accounts listed below. If there are bills generated after the bill date we have on file, I would greatly appreciate it if I could have any missing bills emailed to me at MF6212@engie.com so I can update our records and get those payments to you in a timely manner. If there are late fees, we ask that you please waive any that can be. I would also like to request an extension on the accounts, if needed, to protect them from any pending disconnections due to nonpayment. If any of the accounts are inactive, could you please indicate the reason and date of closure and any balance or credit remaining.
