Idea - Artist-in-Residence program

Hi there. I am a local resident. I have an idea and wanted to mention it. Other cities/locations have artist-in-residence programs, where they offer an artist to stay for a couple weeks, usually in some kind of historic building, while working locally on art. They usually offer a small stipend of a couple hundred dollars. I think it would be a really great thing for Great Falls to do, if possible. I would be willing to help develop this idea further as well.
