Trash continues to fall out of truck during dumping and they continue to leave it. They can clearly see it falling. Second truck through today and they just walk past. This happens at 5th alley north between 40th st and 43rd st north. I will clean it up again. Just FYI report.

The Sanitation Manager contacted the citizen by email.  Thank you for bringing this to my attention.  I will be addressing this issue with al of my drivers.
