Hello I placed a ticket last week about that camper guy living on the street across from Natatorium doors. It has not moved. I spoke with the police dispatch who advised that bc of Covid housing situation it’s not illegal to live in a RV parked on the public street. However they said that it can’t be parked there for more than 10 days. Debbie Kimball with GF Public Works called me stating that she went by that camper this week and took photos as the person/people had turned the grass boulevard area into a storage area and she stated that she advised the woman inside the camper ( she claimed to be owner’s ex wife) that the items on the boulevard could not remain there. Today is Friday Jan 22 and I just came back from a walk noticing that the boulevard adjacent the camper was covered in that persons stuff, like a campsite area. Wondering what else can be done since others have called, reported, complained and it’s my understanding that this individual was arrested this past week?
Anyway it’s been 10+ days with no camper moved per city code and Neighborhood Watch which includes 12th St North area, 2nd & 3rd Ave North and the folks on 1st Ave N in this surrounding Natatorium area would like these folks to move on and not have the boulevard blight. Hoping there is something the city can enforce on this matter. Thank you

Debbie Kimball placed a call to Lori on Friday 1/22/21.  The Police Department has a report on this camper, it will receive a sticker soon.  The ordinance states vehicles must move every 5 days.  This is a process that takes time.  It may take up to 6 weeks before the camper can be towed.  Thank you for your patience in this matter.
