Problem with Citizen Self Service Registration

Hello, I am trying to register for the new Citizen Self-Service postal and I continually get a message telling me that they are unable to complete my registration. I am following the instructions provided. Not sure what the problem is. Please help!! The account is under my husband's name - Tim Dallacqua. I've tried using his name and using my name. I've tried it using Chrome and Safari. It does not allow me to register.Please advise.
