Hi Jason - I see there are no overhead street lights in your area in which case either the City or Northwestern Energy would be responsible for fixing. If this is a light within your yard, I would try contacting Northwestern Energy about the repair. Their customer service number is 888-467-2669. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
