1716 7th ave N... I have reason to believe there is an animal being kept... possibly wild. The man talks through the door before entering and exits just squeezing his body out. There has never been an animal out in the yard. In the past my pitbull has scratched the screens to get in... which she had never done before. It's happened at night twice in the past. When we force her out after her experience??? she hides under our legs and is obviously afraid of something. I have been in my yard more lately and that's what got my attention. I'd hate to think any animal is being kept in a building 24/7. The structure is in the back of the yard. I thought about going and knocking on it but decided to contact you.
