I tried to sign into the web site to view my bill. [Thank you for being a City of Great Falls customer. Your bill is ready for you to view and pay. To view your bill, please log into your account via our website. View My Bill. ] My password did not work - since this is a new system THEY must want a new password. Entered the new pass word, THEN when I tried to login TYLER did NOT recognize my new password and locked me out. TYLER needs to get his poop in a pile and get it piled up Quick....

Hi, Randy! Sorry for the confusion. The old system is now down and gone forever!  The new system (Citizen Self Service) will come up sometime in the next few weeks.  When you receive your November bill, it will contain an account number and a customer number. Both will be required to create a profile.  I’ll have instructions on the bill in the Statement Message section.  The new system is much better and all of the problems you have experienced in the past with the City’s website should be resolved once the new website is in place.

 

In the meantime, if you’d like to pay your balance of $247.43, you can pay by phone. Please call our main number 727-7660, option 1 to make a payment, then choose utility payment.  The system will ask you for your account number 200240-001.  You can pay the exact amount, overpay or underpay. The system will accept whatever you enter. It’s new but it’s pretty easy to use and all of the information you enter is repeated to ensure that it has been entered correctly.  Let me know if you have any questions. Good luck!
