Is there a limit for the number of vehicles allowed to park on the street for a rental property? My neighbor now rents his house, and they have EIGHT VEHICLES, and I can’t even park in front of my own home anymore. Bought our home 20 years ago, and this has NEVER been an issue. A block away, residents get purple curb spots. This is ridiculous, and it’s beginning to create problems.

Hello Brent,

There are no zoning code provisions limiting how many vehicles are allowed to park on the street, as long as they are parked legally and are legally registered and operable vehicles. If they are not, it may be worth calling the police non-emergency number and seeing what can be done. The non-emergency number is 727-7688 ext. 5.
