I have a question concerning vehicle as property. In the process of getting a divorce if a vehicle was purchased by me, using only my credit and my name is the only name on the title if I choose not to allow her to drive said vehicle and the court has not issued an order allowing her to drive it. Am I within my rights to recover vehicle and if she refuses what are my options?
