Gibson Park looks awful

Dear Parks and Recreation and Patti Reardon, and Greg Doyon,

I am deeply concerned that Gibson Park is not being adequately watered. The trees and grass are brown and everything looks like it is dying. I have a tree planted in the park with my daughter's name on it and it is almost dead. I watered it today.

I am extremely pissed that I have to drive through water on the road because you can't figure out how to work sprinklers at Verde Park to water the Koshia (there is no grass), and you can't be bothered to run the sprinklers at Gibson Park. That is an embarrassment and a gross waste of tax dollars.

Please turn the sprinklers on at our best park Gibson Park!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Should I start a petition to do this?

I would like a phone call back regarding this matter immediately.
