215 12th Street North was a bank repo that had sat empty and whoever has acquired that property has NOT cut the grass at. The front yard is not too bad bc my husband was cutting it bc it’s an eyesore and he cut the backyard beginning of June 2020 when it was still unoccupied. There are some interesting folks who apparently taken possession of this run down house and the backyard ( facing the alley w/ a chain link fence) is very high with weeds and tree sprouts. It’s approaching 2 feet tall and in some areas 3 feet tall with random cottonwood trees coming up. I’m not sure if this place is now a rental or owner occupied as they do not come outside. The neighborhood would appreciate if this backyard was cut with a lawnmower because it’s a mosquito jungle.
