I noticed that the garbage in the alley was not taken. I'm wondering why and if they plan on coming back and taking it?

Debbie Kimball spoke with Pat this morning. The garbage has been emptied. There was paving going on at 18th St. N. and the alley was blocked off. The sanitation driver went back and emptied the container once the alley was open.
