Hello, my name is Darrell Bowers and I'm assigned to the 341 Missile Security Forces Squadron. I recently PCS'd in from North Carolina where I completed the FBI hostage Negotiations Course. Im inquiring if you currently have a crisis negotiator and due to current events if I could assist in training our officers on interactions with African American. I myself am black, and I strongly believe preventative measures hinder catosphraic failures. Although there hasn't been any incidents, I would like to assist in preventing any that may occur and continuing the flawless service off this force. Hello Mr. Bowers, and thank you for reaching out to the GFPD through this forum.  We too believe an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!   

We have several Negotiatiors assigned to our High Risk Unit, who've also been trained in the FBI Hostage Negotiations Course.  I will be providing your information to our Training Lieutenant, Lt. Doug Otto.  He will be reaching out to you to see what you may have in mind.
