Benefis West RV facility

I have chosen Great Falls for a long term treatment that I am going to be subjected to. One of the reasons for choosing Benefis for this treatment was their full hookup RV facility, however I have not been able to utilize this because there is no water although there appears to be state of the art hydrants. Can the City provide me an explanation and time frame when this facility might be up and running? I am 72 years old and my wife and I do not want to have to stay on a motel 4 nights every two weeks.

Please let me know what to expect. Thank you.

Mark, 

City Utility crews were up there on Friday (5/3) and tested the system.  After this test, it has been determined an issue on the Benefis side of things.  I spoke to Troy England with Benefis and they are working with the contractor that installed the hydrants to determine their course of action. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and wish you the best as you venture through your treatments.  Krista
