abandoned in yard that is a fire hazard

There is an abandoned vehicle located behind a garage at 3719 2nd Avenue South (big, tall, blue house), which is directly behind my house. The vehicle is filled entirely with trash (to the ceiling) and has not been registered for four years. It poses a major fire hazard and is a severe eyesore. The vehicle is a white, two-door Ford Thunderbird or Mercury Cougar. It would be greatly appreciated if this hazard was removed.
