Greetings,

My name is James P. Domino and I work as a Resident Owned Community Housing Specialist for NeighborWorks Montana, a non-profit based in Great Falls. The owner of Pleasant Park has agreed to sell the park to the residents, and NeighborWorks is assisting the residents in organizing a non-profit cooperative to apply for financing to purchase the park and become Montana's 14th resident owned community. As part of the due diligence purchase process, NeighborWorks investigates current and past health and safety issues. We would like to know if there is there any history of criminal activity at Pleasant Park. We use this information to help the residents identify area's that need improvement, so they can develop a plan that will enhance the living conditions at the park. In order to comply with the Governor's directive on social distancing and avoiding unnecessary meetings / travel, our resident organization process is being conducted 100% virtually, using conference calls and live video meetings (normally all this is done in-person).
