Water Cover in street damaged by plow over the weekend

This weekend, the city plow damaged the water cover in the street at the corner of 35th Ave NE and 5th. The plow hit the water cover in the street Saturday evening and I found the cover on the sidewalk Sunday morning. I placed the cover on top of the open hole Sunday morning to cover it, but it is not secure in the hole and it looks like it received damage when struck by the plow.

Contacted citizen by email.  The Utility Foreman said a temporary fix was done on the area.  When the weather warms up and asphalt is available a permanent fix will be done.
