I want to record with the City Commissiln my support of the Food Park. The multitude of people protesting thie Food Park are NOT looking at modern livestock practices of livestock yards, cheese factories and other food processing. The average citizen protesting and demanding even more environmental studies do not have the knowledge of the current technology, and yet, through modern day water capture and filtration systems any water used and recycled actually comes out cleaner than when first drawn into the industrial system. Check into Teledyne commercial recycling systems. ALSO, how many local farmers will benefit from a local food processor making their costs lower because they do not have to ship their livestock and production over long distances. AND then, there is the jobs possibilities, ,, how can you in good conscience not consider more jobs?
