trash dumped around our alley trash container that is not ours

When taking our trash out this morning we discovered that someone had dumped what looks like a truck load of trash, furniture, lamps, boxes, etc. around our alley trash container. Ironically, they didn't put much in the trash container. They put trash by all the containers in our alley. Ours is just the worst. We wanted to let someone know that this is not our trash. All of ours is contained in our container and is normal household trash--no furniture, boxes, etc. Thank you for your time.

Mary,

The Sanitation Manager checked out the alley mess this morning.  The containers should be emptied today.  He will leave a note for the brush truck for Wednesday to get the rest cleaned up.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I am not showing any sanitation service under your last name of Selmon.  If you could please provide an address we can look into the situation and try to get it resolved.
